After successfully completing 7+ diplomas and multiple certifications in health sciences and nutrition I have now finally developed my very own signature program that can help you transform your period health.

I went from knowing nothing about my periods to knowing exactly what's happening in my body in and understanding how to make the best of all 4 phases of my menstrual cycle so that I can decrease symptoms like PMS, period pain, irregular periods, mood swings, premenstrual headaches, nausea, bloating etc.
